Hello and welcome to the Collins and Herring tugwell tapes Part 5, fifth part penultimate part.

We once again Mustang Graham tugwell who so well archived these things which should, frankly,

never be heard again.

They should, in fact, disappear into the ether, for they are from live radio programs.

Live radio programs are invented for that reason, which is to go out

live as they happen. And of course in these days of I-player they have a little extra life of a week or two afterwards.

But that's it, really. They're not to be sat and listened to an examined

Theses are not to be written about these things but nevertheless because we're

filling a gap here Richard and I with some old stuff before we do some new stuff

again which obviously massively very much in the balance but

never say never is what I keep saying to people who ask me this is very interesting.

This is from slightly later than the original ones which of course when we were doing my show on

Sundays and Saturdays Richard would come in to do half an hour's worth of stuff on the newspapers

and then what happened historically is that we stopped doing the radio show in that I stopped

doing it and therefore he had to stop coming on it and then a year later we started the

podcast so we're not we're moving forward now to 2009, May 31st 2009. When we as a duo having been established in

Richard's Attic on the podcast were asked by six music belatedly some might say

foot draggingly late to finally come in and have a go at presenting a show together

so this is the first time we were asked to do that. It was for John Richardson, who you may remember.

I don't know what's happened to him since. I don't know. It's not like I can on tell him or anything.

He's on telly. Oh yeah, he's doing really well.
