When it comes to wholesale, there's just so many ways to get it done, right?

And there's a lot of incredible human beings that do it.

Yeah. And I appreciate and respect the different modalities and opportunities that people

provide for folks to be able to get involved.

But at the end of the day, we're talking about deals.

We're talking about marketing expenses.

We're talking about assignment fees and actually creating a real estate business that generates massive amounts of cash.

Yeah. Now, in the space of wholesale real estate, I have dominated dominated I've been dominating since 2002 I went out of

business for a little while when the market crashed I came back with a vengeance

we started Keeley we're then we're the second largest wholesale operation in the nation behind home investors.

Really? Yeah. Above New Western? I mean listen I'm not going to try to like get in here

into a measuring contest but I'm in

140 markets okay and so you know look I have a tremendous amount of

respect for New Western and everything that they have going on. They are not in as many markets as we are in.

Okay.

But they do a fantastic job.

I've got a great.

I've got a phenomenal amount.

I even have a phenomenal amount of respect for New Western and who is their the their their their counterpart there's a

Networth network yeah so I so my understanding is it was two partners that split.

They have a very similar business model.

Yeah, but they do a great job and we work with both companies.
