I want to introduce you to a nightstand.

This is a nightstand at a house where we were called a number of years ago

to do a DBR. It's a dead body report.

Somebody had died here, was dead in her bed.

This was her nightstand.

We knew this woman for years because she was a very committed drug addict.

I actually had worked her as a bank robber.

Now, she's reportedly dead in her bed.

And this is the nightstand that the officer saw sitting next to her bed.
