Michael Cohen is addressing the court right now. He just walked through how he committed

eight counts, including tax evasion on his personal income taxes, giving him lost

false statement to a bank, and then critically, he just described how he violated campaign

finance laws two ways. The jury has found Paul Montmantefort guilty of eight of the 18 counts.

In other 10, there has been a mispronial declared.

So it's possible that Tuesday, August 21, 2018 was the most significant day so far in the

relic saga of the Russian investigation and all sorts of other legal perils surrounding

the president of the United States. And so we are releasing this podcast, I had a schedule

earlier, my conversation with my very dear friend, SuperSmart, former federal prosecutor,

Joyce Vance, who was the United States attorney in the Northern District of Alabama when

I was the US attorney in the Southern District of New York. And we basically, in real time,
