So let's talk about some mindless eating behaviors that tend to cause people to either eat a lot of really low nutrition foods and then not have room for the

Habit eating is one of the first and sometimes one of the most nefarious of our mindless eating

behaviors. That is eating because that's what you're supposed to do. Habit eating is when you're
