The mood at Conservative conference has been surprisingly jubilant considering the turmoil that the party finds itself in. 0:49.7	So let's start with judging the mood of this conference.
0:53.6	Katie, I was expecting it to be one long
0:55.8	Peyton death march, but people are quite optimistic. Someone called it to me earlier, laughing at a
1:01.9	funeral, or maybe getting to the wake when things are slightly more cheery. It is a strange
1:08.0	mood because I think on paper, now this is my fourth conference in recent weeks.
1:12.6	I've been to Liberal Democrats.
1:13.9	I went to reform.
1:14.7	I went to Labor and now I'm here.
1:16.4	And I think on paper you would have expected Labor to be really celebratory, you know, the first one back in government for over 14 years.
1:24.6	And actually, this feels more cheerful than the Labour conference did.
1:28.4	Now, I don't think we should get too ahead of ourselves.
1:33.1	It obviously, I mean, if you think about the Labour one,
1:35.1	I think lots of cabinet members were just completely stressed out
1:38.3	and going a little bit mad about constantly being asked you who they were wearing,
