1:09.6 | thing we have to do is talk about coffee grounds in general. Let's clear up potentially some misconceptions and just give some facts about this potential soil amendment. First of all, what are they composed of? So coffee grounds are about two-ish percent nitrogen by volume and contrary to popular belief the grounds themselves are not acidic. |
1:28.0 | When you're brewing coffee, the acid in coffee is water soluble so you're actually drinking the acidity. |
1:34.0 | Coffee itself is an acidic drink and the grounds are actually closer towards pH neutral. |
