forgot what I was doing. There was like Dave like counts down and then he searches intro and he goes

three, two, one. Oh yeah, welcome to the day of Changshow. Oh Lord, Father of two. It's been a lot.

It's been about a week and I am so tired. I'm so tired and I'm not doing anything. But my job

has become Hugo's full-time guardian. Well, Grace takes care of little Gus and I don't know how

every day now I think about more and more how single parents do it at all. I am Marvel. I

literally marvel. I have no idea. I think about it daily. But this is a good segue into our

guest today because I never really drank coffee. I'm one of those individuals where if I have any

kind of caffeine, my heart starts to like, feels like I have a heart murmur and I can't do

anything. I get jittery. I feel like I'm going to vomit. Like a mountain dew would be the extent.

A red bull I've been known to drink or some kind of energy drink, but like it's a rarity. I

not someone that needs caffeine. I'm a pretty wired person in general. But now at the age of 44,

that energy level is decreased and I never thought about drinking coffee on the regular.

Growing up, my parents would drink instant coffee. My dad's favorite cup of coffee was McDonald's coffee

and I would make their coffee as a kid and I would take a couple scoops of folders or maxwells

or whatever crystals and I would put a spoon, a sugar and a spoonful of coffee mate the powder

and that would be coffee. As far as I knew, that was coffee. And when we go to church,

it was coffee out of that big stainless steel jug thing. Like, you know, that off. This is how
