We're recapping an episode of Friday Night Smackdown to kick things off as we now know what

the WWE championship match is going to be at Clash in Italy on Sunday, May 31st.

It will be Cody Rhodes defending his title against Gunther, but it wasn't a straight line to get there last night, Mark.

We thought it was going to be.

They opened up the hour number two last night.

They open up with Cody Rhodes coming down there, and he is all full of piss and vinegar.

He wants Gunther to sign this contract, to not only agree to the clash in Italy match up,

but to officially sign on as a member of Friday Night Smackdown.

There is no stage set up for a contract signing.

So he does it himself.

He throws the damn chairs in the ring.

He gets the table set up.

The crowd pop for that as he puts his arms out and takes a bow he's ready

for gunther to come out there and sign and then gunther does come out and he starts playing

those mine games again and he starts like hey i you know i know you want me to come down there

i know you want me to sign that but i'm going to need a please out of you right i'm going to need a please out of you, right? I'm going to need you to talk nicely to me. I'm going to need you to butter

me up a little bit. I'm going to need you to say please. All of that. All of that. And that prompts Nick
