All right, so my name is Alana Carvalo, I'm a licensed mental health counselor,

and I really specialize in helping people form like true real intimate relationships,

whether it's parent child relationships or in a couple or just even friendships, but that's

what I do. I help make relationships work. Oh my God. So even like people come to you with

friendship, co-dependency issues. Oh yeah. I think we have a problem. No, because we're healthy.

It's only a problem if we we can't live without each other. That's not a phone dependency.

I know that we already, we already did, we already did a live with you with some of our audience,

but this is a, this is potentially a lot more people in a different audience. So, some of the things

that we spoke of before, we're going to ask you again, because I for sure in the beginning wasn't

completely aware of what co-dependency was with with parents and children. I think I thought it

was something a little bit different. So, when we're talking about co-dependency,
