Summary

Griselda Blanco, known as the Black Widow, was a drug lord of the Medellín Cartel and a pioneer in the Miami-based cocaine drug trade during the 1970s and early 1980s. She was a ruthless gangster who was responsible for the murders of up to 200 people.
