ski and snowboard company based in Reno, Nevada. I got to talk with Jen about what it's

looked like to build this hard goods company from the ground up in an industry that historically

has not offered many chances for women to own or found companies, especially hard good companies.

So it was great to talk to Jen about what this has looked like.
