We don't do that very often.

I mean, we recommended John Luxbook several years ago.

We had John on the show.

We talked about Marshall Goldsmith of course yeah

certainly of course talked about Marshall we've recommended some books that we think

highly of but but in terms of training no yeah never so we might have mentioned Dale Carnegie we might have mentioned Del Carnegie.

We might have mentioned training, getting things done, training.

I mean, there's an external resource getting things done.

Certainly, you don't need to go to training, but we recommended it.

Not an entire podcast.

Not entire podcast, but today we're going to do that and it's just a complete no-brainer.

Yeah, Toastmasters are probably the most effective quasi-professional

member-driven voluntary organization we know of.

I think a lot of people misunderstand it.

It is just a fabulous resource for managers.

We're going to talk about it a little bit today

in the context of coaching your directs

on getting better at presenting

and just, frankly, abdicating

to dosemasters after a fashion I'm kidding folks but look it
