Welcome back or welcome to the Single Trek podcast. It's Canyon's 100K race week and this is the fourth

installment in our coaching call mini series which premiered back in January. Over the last four months,

my coach and I, Ryan Gelfy, who runs Trails and Tarmac, have been publicly recording our monthly

coaching calls so that you can follow the lead-up to my prep

for this race to get insight into a typical athlete coach relationship in our sport and hopefully

maybe most importantly pick up some tips and tricks for your own training in this episode we

recap the last six weeks of the training block. We discuss the final preparation during race week.

We outline a strategy for the early and later stages of the race, and we finish up talking

about some of the new aspects of the race this year, including the relationship with

UTMB.

We also do a little bit of speculation for the competitive side of the event.

like it turned Monday. And there was a men's and women's preview from I Run Far. Tree Line Journal did one.
