I'm your host Finn Melanson and I am joined today by Brett Hornig to preview the last race of the 2022 Golden Ticket Series, which is a Canyons 100K taking place in Auburn, California this coming weekend.

We cover what it's going to take to be successful, the likely conditions

on race day, analysis of the men's and women's fields, as well as our golden ticket predictions.

Let's get started. All right, Brett, you are all decked out in the appropriate gear for the race

of Saturday. You got the Hoka sweatshirt

here. You got the Cannons hat. You're just missing the buy Utmb insignia and you'd have the

complete package. I know this hat is going to be a retro classic someday because it doesn't

say the buy Utmb part on it. I and on, I have, I haven't done laundry in like 10 days.

So I'm wearing a paint splattered shirt and I have a cat perched on my, on my neck.

So we couldn't be in more opposite scenarios here.

You've got the ambiance.

I've got chaos.

I mean, the haircut's looking clean. the mustache is looking sharp. I feel like

you're like channeling your inner Freddie Mercury or something, which I mean, those are good vibes.

You got to let your freak flag fly on race day, and I'm fully preparing for that. So.

Yeah. Like if you can get, if you can get a power station. Amen.

but I'm not sure if this is going to be nested in that,

but we're doing the Canyon's 100K preview.

There's already been quite a bit of fanfare.
