pop and there's always like this kind of stigma around coaches needing coaches and like well if you're a coach you should know what to do and you should be doing it and you should be following your own advice and I know that I felt that pressure personally and I'm sure Trish you can relate to that as well.

Hi everyone, I'm Julie Noise, we can have lots of fun with that one. So my dieting history really began in the Army. So I was in the Army for 12 years and here's the thing is they'll teach us how to train and train and train some more
