Hey everybody it's Christine with a little coaches corner update for you.

We're going to talk about if it's possible to change or save someone.

Ever fallen into that trap that you thought someone could change because of your influence

or you saw someone's potential and you could save them and they'd see the light because

of your influence in their life.

Yeah, I get it. I get it. We're going to get to that.

But first, I just want to make sure you're aware that my winter retreat is coming up.

I do my signature retreat twice a year, once in January,

and once in the summer.

And this is a Friday afternoon through Sunday,

a couple hours outside of LA,

and it is like 10 years of therapy and one weekend but it's more than just therapy it's

highly experiential it's a mix of the practical and spiritual tools and it's really

based on so much of the experiential work that created the biggest change for me in my life.
