all right another week another episode of the coach's compass with some important stuff to share

i feel like i'm in an interesting place right now in business which has given me a lot of time

to reflect and share some important information that if I'm

being honest I would say like 99% of the time when I hit record and I start sharing stuff

that I think is really insightful I feel like I'm talking to no one. I look at the

numbers every single week on my podcast and the downloads and the number of coaches that are

listening to this. And I'm like, there's got to be an error because it doesn't make sense to me how

I can have thousands of coaches listen to this every week and I'm not talking about like

tens of thousands I'm talking about like single digit thousands like a good episode for me

will hit like 3,000 downloads. But this is very specific for

coaches. And that's not an insignificant number. That's 3,000 coaches on a good day or on a good

week that are listening. And I'm like, that can't be real. There has to be an inflation number

there because there's no possible way that 3,000 coaches can listen to this. And I really don't get a lot of

conversations started or people coming to me for more direction and support, even though I am the most approachable person.

So last week I did an episode and I had like two coaches reach out to me with follow-up questions, gave them good direction.

And then it made me think, like, two coaches, that would mean to me that like 10 people are listening.

If only two people are reaching out to me for more direction and support i'm not talking about paying me by the

way i'm not talking about joining a program i'm not talking about pulling out your credit card i'm

literally talking about being human and having human to human conversation

that's a whole other topic it's just like we've lost our ability to be human.

But anyway, don't get me on that side track because I'll go on forever.

But it makes me think nobody's actually listening.
