What is going on, everybody? Welcome back to the Mind Over Macros podcast. As always, I am your host, Mike Milner,

and we are back with another episode of the Coaches Compass. I really love doing these. Kind of wish we had

more people that listened, if I'm being honest. I still have more downloads for my regular

health and fitness episodes. I think what's happening is, my guess, is that a lot of the coaches

listen to both, but only the coaches listen to this segment, which makes sense because it is

strictly for, for coaches

or business owners. So I shouldn't be too discouraged. We are holding steady, but you should

probably spread the love and send this to other coaches who would benefit from it. Maybe not this

episode because this episode might sting a little bit and i actually am

going to start things off on a bit of a somber note unfortunately i wish that this weren't the case

but i wanted to share because it's been very, I don't, impactful, I would say,

in my life. And I got news the other day that one of the coaches who has been in the collective

literally since day one, somebody that I

knew since before the collective even started, joined the collective literally from day one,

has been in there the entire time, has showed up. I mean, I would have to guess 90% of our calls, he's been there.

And I found out that he suddenly passed away last weekend.

And it has really, really, it really has me shook.

And it's been like, when i first heard the news obviously there's

like this moment of disbelief because he was just on our call recently and like that can't be

possible i just saw him there's no way he's young he he's healthy, he's fit, like he does this for a

living. There's no possible way. And when reality settles in, and then you just, for me, I started

thinking about his family and his wife and his, he has a four-year-old and another baby on the way and and it just
