What is up, everybody?

It's weird.

I was thinking that I should just get rid of my normal opening because, I don't know,

we're like 700 and some episodes deep and doing the same thing.

Every podcast episode, I feel like, I feel like we need a fresh start.

And then I realized that when I just, it's almost so automatic now when I hit the record button, it's like my brain shortcuts into my normal intro. So I have to break this, this habit. I'm going to start switching it up and catching you off guard. I actually,

originally when I started this podcast in 2019, which is insane, because it does, it feels like

yesterday, I originally wanted to pick, as I'm a big hip hop junkie. So I wanted to start every episode with a hip hop song of my choice.

And then I learned that I would not be allowed to do that because of copyright laws and what have you.

Although I kind of feel like that's not quite fair. Like if I'm listening

to music and the podcast picks up the song that I'm listening to, I don't quite, I would, I would like

to appeal that ruling. Anyway, we're off to a great start here. But I do, this is probably one of the most

important episodes that you'll listen to. And for those few of you, the few coaches that tune in

on my Coaches Compass episode, you're going to want to pay attention because I'm going to

solve the biggest problem, which is lead generation.

I don't believe that's the biggest problem, but that is what you believe to be the biggest problem because I've polled my audience many, many, many times.

And it always comes back the same.

No matter what, no matter how I phrase the question, no matter how it's positioned,

the number one answer, hands down, what are you struggling with? What's your biggest constraint in

your business? What's the thing that if I could snap my fingers and fix it for you instantly? What is

that thing without fail?
