As always, I'm your host, Mike Milner, and we are back with another Coach's Compass edition.

And I want to talk about what's missing in your business.

And I'm assuming that this is missing because I've been doing some business deep dive sessions.

I actually offered a little incentive for individuals in the collective.

I opened up 10 spots for anybody who wanted to do the collective as a year-in-full option,

which was kind of a no-brainer because it saves you money to do the

year-in-full. Plus, I threw in some bonus incentives, one of those incentives being a

business deep-dive session with me. So I've had the fortune now of getting through 60% of those 10 people who

quickly took the upgrade option. It's weird to call it an upgrade. Again, it actually saves you

money to do the year in full. And so it's not really like an upgrade or anything like that.

It's just it was something that I like to have people who are committed.

I like to have people who are going to see it through.

And so that's why I throw in the incentives.

I also gave away a bunch of chat GPT wizards that I created for like helping with content and messenger conversations and

video scripts and Bsls and a lot of fun stuff to play around with.

But the main attraction was the business deep dive session.

So the way that I like to do this is I like to find the most immediate constraint in the business,

and it's usually very simple.

Either the person knows what their most immediate constraint is, or they at least have a best guess,

or they don't know what their most immediate constraint is. And then that is
