December? So yeah, then we've got 2025 right around the corner. So I want to simplify some

things for January so you can capitalize on a pretty good month, although I think sometimes we over-rotate on the whole January.

People who know what I do and know that I work in the fitness industry will always be like,

oh my God, you must be so slam during January because they assume all of the resolutioners.

And it's not a bad assumption.

But what I've found historically is that January is okay and then February gets a little bit

better and then March gets a little bit better.

I think if I had to look back, I'm pretty sure that April is always one of my biggest months. I don't know if that's because, I don't know why that is. I don't know if that's like the resolution mindset has fully gone away and people are more like starting to think ahead towards summer. And that's where the motivation comes from. Like, man, I got to get my shit together for summer.

But that, if I was looking back year over year, I don't know for sure because I am not
