And there's a lot of things about Adam's journey that are really relatable in the sense that he started out as a personal trainer was doing in person and then like many people was training people in person in person through COVID and recognized this is going to present some challenges

and made the pivot online and started out trying to see how this online thing works and then fell into a lot of business

mentorship programs and a lot of new trainers who or even if they're not new but but trainers who go

from in-person to online or some form of hybrid start getting inundated with

And Adam provided like a really cool perspective on mentorship and if you're considering a business coach at all I think you'll want to hear

investments isn't just a matter of yeah it's okay like I'll shell out the cash like this is you know I

need to put food on the table this is I need to support my family, and when you're talking about, you know, five, ten,

fifteen thousand dollar investments or more, I've, you know, I've had business coaches that were
