that whole model is you're trying to create a higher stick rate for the monthly recurring membership because it's such an it's low barrier entry but low barrier exit

and so she was trying to come up with a process or a flow for getting more people into that subscription.

And she's so excited about everything that she does

inside of her membership, so she wants to continue to highlight those things.

strength training the right way and there's all of this nutritional
