And then before you know it, it'll be December.

2025 is going to present some opportunity, but maybe not in the way that you think. My bet is that long-form

content is going to win. I think you may be noticing that people's attention spans are getting

less and less, but that's true.

So short form definitely has a time and a place for attention, but what I am seeing across

the board, I have a really unique advantage in that I have my own nutrition coaching business,

and then I also have the collective with 500 other

coaches and people who I work with very closely. So I have access to a decent amount of data.

And what we are seeing across the board is that clients who are coming in want to binge your content.

Not only that, but they love the long form, give me all the details type of content.

So I think that podcasting is going to continue to be something, an area of focus.

I think that long-form writing, whether that's email or something like substack or blog post, long-form articles, anywhere that somebody can go, even long form like YouTube
