Very well. What was it about?

A year and a half ago, we had a bit of a conundrum where I thought I was coming in your

podcast. You thought we were coming on mine. We had a chat. And then that being too

panicky about it, the audio setup wasn't where it needed to be.

Yeah, I've leveled up, mate. So I basically thought I was coming on your podcast and was

just, as I always do, just absolutely winging it. And then whilst we're talking, you've been

on my podcast and I was like, shit, I don't actually have a podcast, but let's roll with

it. So we went with it anyway.

Good to have you back on properly. So I remember before we spoke, I gave you the opportunity

to introduce yourself to anyone listening that doesn't know who you are, who are you?

So as you kindly said, I'm Mike Chadwick and a former power trooper, special forces

support group operator, Royal Army physical training core instructor. I've recently left

the military and now a little bit of an entrepreneur, full-time coach and now an author, random

lean off.

We're going to get into those accolades, impressive accolades as they are. But first of all,

I just want you to explain to people the impact that you made when it came to the kind of

military process of, you know, succeeding with their physical training and the things that

you implemented, just so people can get a background of kind of where you initially,

I suppose, started gaining gravitas in the industry.
