And I want to see if you've heard it before.

It's speed off the ball.

That is correct.

Does that ring a bell?

It does.

It does.

It's a phrase that I've become very familiar with and something I've always used. And, you know, and it's just, we talk about it because you want the guys to build a

play fast and you want to make it to where, you know, if we can get those guys to be

to athletes that they are, where you take a lot of the, you make it so the training aspect of it, they feel so comfortable in their movements and their assignments, that it's all about playing fast. If we can get them playing fast, then it's going to be hard to deal with. And so, and then also it's just kind of like we talk about speed off the ball. It's also kind of, it's a little bit of a demeanor in how you

carry yourself you know it's

it's just it's kind of like that attack

kind of mindset

and so it kind of goes along with that

as well as just kind of what we want to be as

you know talk about with the room and everything
