and day out. So today I want to talk about really the realities of co-parenting with someone

you just don't trust and more specifically what it's like to co-parent with a narcissistic ex.

So now let's just like take a step back for a minute.

This is not going to be some fluffy episode filled with just sugar-coded. Do this, do that.

Here's, you know, here's how you work in a semi-decent co-parenting situation. No. This is for men and women who are really in the

trenches, the ones who are trying to show up for their child every single day while navigating

a really horrible situation. I'm talking about like emotional manipulation, mind games,

straight up trauma and chaos. I mean, this is really, really hard stuff to go through.

It is hard enough raising a child in today's world between school and technology and

mental health issues, trying to raise a healthy child, disciplining

a child, and making sure that your child grows up feeling, honestly, all the things that we

probably didn't feel, you know, safe and secure. And we're trying to do like the best job ever.

And we already have a full-time job. And this is have a full-time job and this is also a full-time job

and now you're dealing with absolute freaking chaos. So we're going to dive into all that. But,

you know, doing all of that, your job parenting with someone who lies, manipulates, gaslights.

I mean, the worst thing I think in the world is someone that uses your child as a way

to kind of hurt you or get back at you or uses the child to manipulate and gaslight
