Summary

On today’s episode I’m bringing on my business partner, husband, and best friend, Nish Samantray. This episode is well overdue but I am so excited to share this chat with you guys today. As you all know, Nish and I built Arrae together during the past couple years and it has definitely been a rollercoaster. Nish talks all about how we’ve built our brand from the scraps up, methods that have scaled our business, why marketing can be your make or break for your company, things we’ve learned throughout building our start-up, and how our relationship changed as we became business partners.

I'm a wellness entrepreneur and digital creator, and this is my show, The Dream Bigger

podcast. Listen, I love dreaming big, but you know what I love more?

0:16.2

Actually having the resources to make those big dreams happen.

0:19.9

And hey, dreams can sometimes be private

0:22.2

jets, but other times, they can look a little something like having the best skin of your

0:27.0

damn life, or starting a successful business, or delving into spirituality. So on this podcast,

0:33.7

I chat with experts and thought leaders from different fields about their tips and tricks on

0:38.3

doing exactly that. So let's get right into it.

0:45.7

Hello, hello, guys, and welcome back to the show. So I am coming to you from Greece.

0:51.9

Nish and I have been here for the last, what, few days, and we're here for a

0:56.2

total of a week. And it's been incredible. For about three weeks before coming, we were kind of

1:02.9

going back and forth on whether we should even come, because the volume of work we had just felt

1:08.0

really like we were dealing with a lot. But then we ultimately decided

1:11.9

to come just because, I don't know, I feel like if you're an entrepreneur, own a business,

1:16.2

or even honestly speaking, are working at a high-paced business, it just never gets easier.

1:22.9

And you almost have to kind of make time and effort to come. And it's been really, really

1:29.8

beneficial to be here, not just because, you know, sunshine and being near water is, like,

1:35.0

amazing for your mental health, but just because I feel like being away in, like I guess,

1:40.2

like a change of pace really helps figure out things like overarching strategy and the

1:45.7

direction which we want to take our business.
