We're doing another episode of Ask Carrie

to celebrate the second anniversary of the podcast.

You guys have made it simply amazing.

And I can't thank you enough and we thought it'd be fun to celebrate just by answering your questions because I get a lot of questions.

You guys have great leadership questions and I just thought it would be great to be able to share some of the answers and they're not perfect.
