Well, hey everybody and welcome to episode 104 of the podcast.

My name is Carrie Newhoff and I hope our time together today

helps you lead like never before.

And here we are, we're at a major milestone.

This is actually the two-year mark of the podcast and I am so so

so excited. Thank you so much man. Some of you were there at the very

beginning. There's a lot more now than there were at the very beginning.

But do you remember where it started back in September of 2014?

It started with a very gracious and kind to Andy Stanley who said,

sure, Carrie, I'll help you out.

And he was the very first episode, man,

we've got 104 since then, plus some bonus episodes.

And it's been an incredible journey.

So I just want to start by thanking you the listener for being so encouraging.

Man, the goal all along has been to help you lead like never before.

We're up to almost 400 reviews on iTunes. You guys have been just amazing and letting me know how this

is helping you do that and I guess I was just in a place when I started this where

I was having these conversations with great leaders often at conferences or in green rooms or at lunch or you know a break here or break there and I'd be like man I wish everybody could hear that and so it's been a dream of mind to get our elder board and our staff team and so many of you in on some of those conversations and to be able to do that in the form of this podcast has been simply a thrill.
