Welcome to the Carrie Newhouse Leadership podcast. It It's Carrie here and we're continuing our church

trend series. This is part three. It's all about Gen Z. Why is their faith so bold? How do you use

their gifting at your church? You know, you probably, even if you're a small church, you probably

have Gen Z at your church. How do you utilize their gifting? They're an incredibly gifted generation. So I sit down to talk about that with Luke Lefeber and

Daniel McLeod. And we shot this in person in Nashville, actually Franklin, Tennessee, where I spent

a month while we were filming the series. We had a lot of fun together. And you know what's really cool?

For those of you who might be Gen Z, Gen Z, all the stuff about Gen Z. I ran in to Lute at a mall,

the factory of Franklin a couple days after we shot this. And you know who he was meeting with?

His pastor, that probably is my age and stage in life. And that's the thing about

Gen Z that a lot of people don't realize they actually really love spending time with older

generations. So if you're Gen X or your boomer or even an older millennial, Gen Z really

want your wisdom. So before we dive into the interview, a little bit about Luke. Over the past

decade, Luke Lefevre

has spoken to millions of people around the world, led thousands to faith in Christ. He is the author

of the book Holy Unto the Lord, rediscovering the joy of holiness. He lives with a desire to see

revival in the church and the gospel reach the ends of the earth. We're going to talk about
