much from you, but also doesn't produce much for the kingdom? Now, you can spend, I say it doesn't

require much, but you can spend, honestly, 10, 15 hours a week, just spinning your wheels,

doing administrivia, that doesn't go anywhere. So, you know, maybe it's social media disguised as

staying connected, but you check your screen time and it's like, whew, that was a lot, okay? Or lunch

meetings with people who want to pick your brain, but never apply anything and it never

accomplishes anything. Or programs you keep running at your church, we've always done it even though nobody's

time trap. It's something I've been caught in. It's something I counsel a lot of leaders. I see

them trapped in it. And it's
