Well hey everybody and welcome to episode 320 of the podcast brought to you today by the

and my guest today oh my goodness I'll you, I'm so excited about this episode because my wife's on the show.

Yeah, Tony Newhoff and then a very, very good long time friend of ours, Dr. Rob Meeter, are joining me as my guests.

They are actually launching their own podcast, like now.

It's on the personal side of things.

It's called The Smart Family Podcast. It's all about how to love being home.

And there have been seasons in my life

where home was not a lot of fun.

Tony and I talk about that and where I felt like I was winning at work,

but losing at home. And what I've come to believe is that if you are winning at work and losing at home you're losing and so Rob is a pediatrician

Specializing in childhood anxiety disorders, he heads up a clinic and does an incredible job.

I talked to him all the time.

I mean, he and his wife Rose are good family, friends of ours, friends of Tony and mine and you know when I'm

writing about something or teaching about something I'll often call Rob and just

say hey what's the deal and I mean childhood anxiety and depression are on the rise Rob's an

expert in that and then my wife Tony she is a family law attorney and also a pharmacist

so she has spent her life trying to help people get well.

And so they bring their expertise together and we talk about all things, family, home,
