Well hey everybody and welcome to episode 193 of the podcast.

My name is Carrie Newhoff and I hope our time together today

helps you lead like never before.

So whatever you're doing, wherever you happen to be,

maybe you know, lots of you are at the gym, you're on a run, you're on a ride if you're a cyclist like me.

Maybe you're doing yard work, it is the season, and a lot of you like are like, yeah, when I mow the lawn, hey, you know what, you you know what you know it's kind of fun the

podcast will be for this summer I can't tell you how many times when we were in

beta for this podcast like I would put a beta episode on and then go cut the grass and

then like say to Toby I think we need like I just

couldn't quite hear it like when the lawnmower was running or you know you're driving down the

highway it's like yeah the voices were a bit obscured.

We worked on EQing this podcast so much that, you know,

whether you were like literally in a, you know, driving,

flying a fighter jet, you could listen to it so hopefully

whatever you're doing maybe some of you are well hopefully if you're

flying a fighter jet you're focused but um for all the rest of us? Yeah, we tried to make it so that you could listen to this anywhere, anytime, and whatever you're doing.
