My name is Carrie Newhoff and I hope our time together today helps you lead like never before.

Well, I've been looking forward to this episode for a while and I know a lot of you are really passionate

about reaching the next generation.

And churches, honestly, some are doing a great job

and some not so much.

And one of the fun parts about this podcast is that, you know, we can know a lot about who you are.

But 85% of you are American.

And then there's all those Canadians.

I'm Canadian, right?

We got about 10% who are Canadian but the next biggest

audience is Australia followed by New Zealand and so I've got someone to

represent the great Down Under this week and that's Margaret Spieser. She is director of

next-gen ministry family ministry for the largest Baptist church in all of Australia.

Margaret and I have a great conversation about how to lead up, how to lead others, how to lead when you're not the senior leader,

and how to make a difference for the next generation.
