When I mentor leaders here's here's what I hear okay I'm not the senior leader. How do I lead up? And, you know, I kind of got my answer that I'll give and back on episode 126, we had Mike Bonham in, but my good friend Clay Scroggins has got a brand new book out today

that I think is going to add so much to the dialogue.

He's got a book called How to Lead When You're Not in Charge, and you think you've got like, you know, a boss with ideas.

Well, his boss is Andy Stanley and Clay actually leads the church that Andy started, North Point Church, so he is the lead pastor of the

Alpharetta campus and Andy is the senior pastor of North Point Ministries these

days and Clay's book is just shocked with all kinds of wisdom.

It's like it's a substantial book

and it's so practical.

And the thing is, he's lived it.

He's always been a leader who sat in the second chair and

clays young he's like in his mid 30s he's got a family so he's trying to

juggle all this stuff you are and it's just it's a powerful book but but more than that, Clay is just an incredible leader too.
