0:28.0	Man, I'm excited to have my guest today, Mike Bonham.
0:31.6	He has written a book that if you're in ministry you probably heard of. I know I heard of it a decade ago when it came out. It was called Leading from the Second Chair and he's got a brand new book called Thriving from the Second Chair.
0:42.7	And why I wanted to talk to Mike is the question I get over and over and over and over again
0:47.8	from so many of you is, okay, I'm a leader, but I'm not the senior leader.

0:56.0	place and if you think about it mathematically it makes sense that that's a question that gets
1:00.6	asked a lot because there are way more non-senior leaders than
1:03.8	senior leaders and so Mike has had a lot of experience in that also an awful lot of

1:13.2	different angle because Clay Scroggins has a book about leading when you're not in
1:18.0	charge and I'm going to talk to Clay about that later this year as well so
1:21.2	really exciting watch for that book it's not out yet. But Mike says
