as News Nation has just learned that the accused killer, Brian Colberger, accepted a plea deal.

Yeah, a plea deal was offered. He, and he has accepted the deal.

Sources are confirming that prosecutors proposed dropping the death penalty.

That was the deal in exchange for Kohlberger pleading guilty to committing

four murders and pleading guilty to burglary as well. So guilty plea in exchange for no death

penalty. Now the background on this story, you'll remember he's accused of killing those four

University of Idaho students at their home. It was back in November of 2022. Source to say Kohlberger

must also agree to spend the rest of his life in prison without any possibility of 2022. Sorcercerst of St. Kohlberger must also agree

to spend the rest of his life in prison

without any possibility of parole.

So jail for life, no parole.
