When I move between the VAC and I do my show in the field and then I do my show at home,

I use different audio interfaces for all the geeks out there.

And sometimes I just forget to switch the settings because I do this show every day and

I generally don't have to switch the settings, but I did today.

A lot of stuff to talk about, actually. You'd think everyone's like, oh, this is the doldrums

of the NFL offseason, and I get it. Not by my estimate. I feel like it doesn't really get

too slow until June, but we will talk about it.

There's a couple things on my mind I want to get to.

There's actually some Seahawks news to talk about.

And before I get to that, part of, I feel like I have to explain why I was late doing the show today.

It wasn't just to enjoy myself and take a little time.

I got a text message from my old pal Joe Fan,

who was in town visiting his family,

and he wanted to know if I wanted to golf this morning.

And I was like, all right, it was like 8 a.m.

...
