for having me, but I'm doing, I really can't complain. Yeah. Well, brother, it, it, I've really

been looking forward to this and I really have. I think we set this up like a week or so ago or something like that. Yeah. And I've been, I've been really looking forward to this. So, so what we're going to talk about, uh, Kairn and myself is Kyrin, uh, you just got into business, like just got in the business. Yeah. and I think you've just closed, and I'm going to let you tell the story, but you just got the business,

just closed. And I'm going to let you tell the story, but you just got the business, just closed like a couple of loans, have a couple more on the hook last I heard. And what we're going to talk about a little bit is I'm brand new in the business. How do I make it happen? Like, what do I do? What do I don't do? And what do you know now, even just a short

time into it that you wish it had known before? And so this is like, this is for all the new people

or somebody wanting to encourage somebody new to get in the business that you can have

success very early in the game. So, Kyron, great to see you. Hey, just real quick, kind of give us a lay of the land.

Where are you located at, banker, broker, and how did you get into this business?

Yeah. So I'm in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and I work for AMC mortgage, and they're a broker, not a bank at all.

And I got into it, basically, I had been coaching women's basketball at the Division I level

for 11 years and needed to do something else and really didn't know exactly what I was going to do something else.

And really didn't know exactly what I was going to do.

But someone that I have known, who was actually the vice president here,

we went to lunch, we got to talk.

Then I met the president and the owner.

And then from there, it was a three-hour meeting.

And it felt like we've known each other forever. And they were just like hiring, you would be great at this. You don't know anything, which is fine. But you would be great at it just from

character, people skills, everything that you've done with basketball will translate.
