Hey everyone, welcome into another edition of the WojPod here with Kobe Altman, the president of basketball operations with the Cleveland Cavaliers, the host of All-Star Weekend here in Cleveland, the Cavs, fourth place in the east as we taped this podcast, Kobe, 35 and 23.

You're just two and a half games out of first. You've got two All-Stars playing this weekend.

You saw all this coming this summer, right?

All-stars fighting for the one seed.

It was clear as day, right?

When you started training camp, this is how this season was going to play out?

Well, first, well, thanks for having me on.

It's an honor and something I don't take lightly.

I've been sort of fighting off doing this for about three and a half years now.

You've been trying to track me down to do this about three and a half years now,

and I think this is the opportune time to do it obviously

when you're in Cleveland for All-Star weekend look we're excited I mean we're

excited as a franchise to one be hosting this thing but when we started this path

three years ago the goal we knew we were to have All-Star. The goal was to draft,

raise, and develop our very own All-Star within these walls. And so it's incredibly gratifying

to do it here. And now the fact that we have two All-Stars is remarkable.

And I'm sure we'll go deep into our process and how we've grown this thing

and J.B.'s leadership throughout it all.

But we're really excited and glad you're here in Cleveland, Ohio, to help cover this incredible event.
