Hey folks, welcome in to day one of Cleveland Browns Training Camp 2022,

Nathan Zagurra and Jason Gibbs with you field side at the cross-country mortgage campus in

Barrio where in just about an hour the Browns will take the field for the first time at training

camp this year but let's all remember let's all relax. There's a ramp up period now it's part of

the new CBA and so today will be some conditioning. The Browns will then practice more of a traditional

practice as you're used to seeing tomorrow, Friday and Saturday they will have Sunday off there are

no pads periods allowed until after the first four days that day off so the first time that the

Browns could be in pads will be early next week in that Monday session but they may elect to go

in due pads on Tuesday so that's what we're going to see here today just kind of get into the mix

but the Browns had a walk through earlier today we'll hear from head coach Kevin Safansky live

in about 10 minutes miles Garrett spoke at the podium today we'll have some of that for you.

We also had Greg Newsom at the podium and Nick Chubb so some big big names in the early going

for the Cleveland Browns here out at camp today we're going to be joined by ESPN NFL Nation Browns

reporter Jake Trotter in hour number two plus I've got an exclusive one-on-one with the chief

David a joke who the Browns tied end who signed that big extension kind of came at the end of

the OTAs and participated in many camp and now he is back but before we even get into any of that

and some of the news of the day which we'll get to in just a second I got to tell you looking around

this field what they have done the way they have opened things up the amount of space that is now

available for stands and for the fans to be able to take this in is awesome I think the new
