What up, Nate Dogg, how you been? It's been a while.

It has been a while. I'm doing well. I am doing well. I'm happy to be obviously back here today, getting into the mix an eventful weekend.

And obviously shot a start off with a little shout out to my wife, the lovely Miss Kay on her birthday today.

We've had a fun weekend, took in John Mayer on Saturday night.

A solo tour.

Is the only solo though? That makes no sense to me.

No, so he didn't have, he literally, it was him period, no background guitar, no bass, no drones, nothing.

Nothing, just him and like 30 different guitars.

Yeah, a different car for basically every song he started with gravity, which is the first time he's ever opened a concert with gravity.

It was a great show, great show. And then Friday night, I got to do a little commentating for AIW, absolute intense wrestling.

And they crowned a new champion with a unbelievable heel turn, Matt Cardona.

My buddy is the AIW champ once again, Bill Alfonso, the former ECW original turning on Matthew Justice in a heart wrenching move.

And so that was fun. And then, yeah, yesterday we went over to Kayla's family's house for her birthday and we had a nice weekend.
