And actually I wish it was a snow cave up in Montana. It's been a little bit light on the snow hoping that it starts to fall pretty soon

But I got out of my happy place and

Went on the road and linked up with a very good friend of mine a longtime friend

John well-born at his power athlete symposium in Austin, Texas. We had a little bit of spare time

Figure the only fitting thing that we could do during that spare time was to throw some microphones on a table and wrap a bit

And that's exactly what we did

We tried to squeeze in some high quality stuff in the 45 minutes we had before the kickoff of the symposium

He's an interesting cat if you take him at first appearances

I think he's just under eight feet tall

Basically looks like a dinosaur but where shoes and if you think of him like that you're

drastically under estimating what the man is capable of doing. I love talking to the guy
