Here we go back for another episode episode 19 closing in on the big 2 0.

Never thought I would do one so I'm gonna call 20 pretty good.

But I went on the road this last week. You'll never guess what I was doing.

That's right. I was hunting. Hunting with the guy responsible. I'm gonna call him single-handedly

responsible for my infatuation with this sport and activity and passion and pursuit.

The one and only, John Dudley. We got invited to go down to Georgia,

duly county, Georgia specifically, for a type of hunting that I have no experience with.

And that is probably one of the reasons I was so excited to go. I've hunted in Canada,

which had some varied terrain and varied, varied, varied, great combination of words there.

Full-age and scrub brush and trees and elevation. Then came back home to Montana.

Obviously a western state. Mountain ranges running through it north to south.

You get to deal with some elevation and then to park city Utah. I think our base altitude hunting

there was 7,000 feet maybe. It could have been actually been higher.

So Georgia based elevation where we were outguessed two feet.

But wide open, flat terrain, flat ground. I actually spent my first few days up in a tree stand,

which is a substantially different experience for those of you who haven't hunted.

Then being on the ground, trying to be sneaky, moving around with your ninja booties on.

So it was a great trip. Learned quite a bit. I tried to pick Dudley's brain a little bit on tips for

or strategies for people getting into hunting, just starting off. Because I will be the first

person to admit that I am extremely early in my hunting journey. I actually only have a few

months into this. People are actually hitting me up with questions and I don't feel qualified to
