Episode 18.

Here we go.

I'm a couple days behind schedule, but on the road for a bit.

Trying to play a little bit of catch up.

So we're going to get right into it today.

And today I'm going to focus on two questions.

Both of them I received through email.

The first one is about stress.

And specifically it was about stress and noculation in regards to interaction.

With other people in a confrontational environment.

But I'm going to add on to that and talk a little bit about stress testing and the importance

of using stress to challenge your fundamentals.

So that's one question.

And the second question is about I would almost call it being betrayed, but I think what

it really is is just a failure in leadership.

So those are the two questions for today.

Like I said, I'm a little bit behind schedule.

I wanted to get this out earlier in the week, but it is what it is.

I'm up in Vancouver doing some stuff.
