I want you to get as comfortable as possible in your bed or chair and get ready to relax.

Pick out a spot on the wall above yourself without moving your head.

Just focus on that spot and let's start with a deep breath in and out.

A second breath in and slowly out and a third deep breath in through the lungs.

Hold it for three seconds, one, two, three and let go slowly as you exhale.
