session. This is going to be kind of a morning routine. As some of you already know, I recently quit my day job, so to speak, and so I have a little

in my day and getting used to, you know, being a stay-at-home mom who works part-time from home,

by working, I mean, this podcast. So this is kind of what I do in the mornings. And, you know,

talking about the grooming, the, you know, personal time, getting people off to school or making

lunches, whatever it is you do in the morning. What I'm going to talk about is what you do on a day

and you've just dropped off everybody at school or this is your day off and you need to get

some housework done. I'm going to help you kickstart your day. So one of the first things I like

self-care enough. Lately, I have had to remind myself about this. I mean, don't get me wrong,

I always fix up a little bit, but lately I'm doing more.

I'm doing more when it comes to self-care. Just, I've said it before, but when you look good,

you feel good, and it's so important to setting the tone of your day. So you want to get into

something that's comfortable yet presentable if you're not going to be

deep cleaning with bleach you can wear something cute to clean in um it could even be a sundress

or it could be shorts it could be pants whatever you're comfortable in but something that that you feel, feel like you look good in, can really boost your self-esteem
