Sunday night edition of the pod, it will not be a Cleveland Cavalier sweep of the Boston

Celtics quite the contrary. In fact, Boston blowing out Cleveland, the closest it got

was 14 in the second half. The final 108 to 83. And certainly I think the 83 part of

that, including only 35 points in the first half is the most noteworthy.

Absolutely. And watching the beginning part of the game, I'm sure there were people

who, you know, focused on the offense. After all, Boston, we talked about how that

was going to be a swing point in the series. And they scored 36 points in the first quarter.

But to me, the story was Boston's defense. And in the first half, especially because

that's really when they built the lead that they held on to, the further us to the game

and then pushed it a little bit as they got out of hand. The Celtics were just forcing

Cleveland into much more challenging, more contested shots than I anticipated. And the

were a couple of really cool kind of process approach things that I really liked about

it. And also it was just incredibly well executed. What were those things? Okay. So one

of the, the were a couple of big elements that I was noticing every watch the first quarter,

I watched it live, of course, and then watched it shortly before we recorded. And Boston

had these kind of two ideas that I could, as far as I could discern it. One is play one

on one as much as is reasonable so that, you know, they switched a lot. They were more

comfortable one on one, even in matchups that I would consider mismatches. They had

Rozier on LeBron a couple times a few, a few different matchups that I thought were

weird. And then when, when they doubled, they had faith that they would be able to still

get a good contest on the first pass and then be able to scramble and recover to the second
